ONLINE & IN-PERSON THERAPY

Sessions to begin or deepen your personal growth journey. Together, we will create a safe and welcoming space where you can open up and address any personal issues that may arise.

We can work on goals you already have clearly identified, or we can start from physical discomforts and/or emotions whose origins are unclear (internal conflicts, grief, recurring emotions, low mood or depression, anxiety…).

By listening to your body’s signals—where the memory of your experiences is stored—we will explore what is present, so that you can process and integrate what remains unresolved.

YOGA & AWARENESS CIRCLE

Group sessions to connect with yourself and with the circle, through Yoga and Gestalt Therapy.

An invitation to turn inward, exploring how the energy of the group supports, opens, and sustains us.

In each session, we will practice gentle, mindful yoga, tuning into the body, mind, and emotions. We will close with a sharing circle, a space for authentic expression and connection.

GROUP BODY THERAPY

I organize workshops to activate the body’s energy centers and help release physical, mental, emotional, and energetic blockages and tensions.

We will move the body deeply, focusing on the energy centers that support the expression of what needs to be heard.

These sessions can be a valuable complement to individual therapy, or they can be experienced on their own as a way to allow the body to release whatever is trapped and needs to emerge.

DIET CHANGE THERAPY

Are you trying to change your diet and finding it challenging?

Adopting healthier eating habits is a whole process. Together, we will explore different aspects related to food to support the establishment of new habits.

Through Gestalt Therapy and/or Integrative Coaching, we will observe the resistances that arise and work through them. Moreover, food and the way we eat can become a path to self-knowledge, self-care, and even healing old wounds.
